hotel is 50 metres from the station, is very convenient for travelling. Chinkwe Terra has trains every 15-20 minutes. There is a special place and staff at the station, who give full information about Chinkwe Terra (maps, tickets, etc. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast is normal, not super. room is air conditioned and it's good, when you can't turn it off it's bad. We closed the window with curtains and thus provoked the shutdown of the air conditioning, is under the window. internet was working well. staff was friendly. (Read full review with description and negative points).
1). They took the hotel because of the parking lot. But there were some problems on the spot. First we went to the place indicated by the employee (garage on the other side of the building). On the spot it turned out that the entrance was very narrow. With folded mirrors with difficulty (2 cm on each side) entered the parking lot, and it is full (and turn around is not possible). After we came to the hotel and said whether you do not need the car keys, as from our car no one will leave, already another employee said "oh, you have a big car, you better put in another garage" ... after that, it was necessary to as skillfully leave "back" from the first parking ... Put it in another car park. We couldn't get out of there in the morning because it wouldn't open. They explained for a long time to the employees that the car was not in the first parking lot, but in the second one, where they put us. They said that you had to pay there on the spot and then it would open. And they had to explain again that the payment was already made to the hotel when paying for the room. It took 45 minutes to pick up the car. 2). The air conditioning doesn't turn off in the room. 3). Breakfast leaves much to be desired. This hotel was more expensive than a number of other offers, but because of the parking lot and photo rooms decided to take this one. But this price did not justify itself, if there are negative nuances.

Fresh dishes.
Fantastic and clean hotel with courteous staff and absolutely gorgeous views over the mountains. Spotlessly clean and updated rooms and newly renovated bathrooms. Favourable setting, so close to La Spezia and CinqueTerre, and Next to the train station to cinque terre. 15 minutes' walk to Technical Naval Museum at la Spezia.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Breakfast was a typical European breakfast...breads, eggs, fruit, coffee, cereal, yogurt, meats. Room was clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. TV even had some English news channels.

The hotel was a very nice hotel with a decent breakfast and very nice lobby area. The rooms were small, but functional. The hotel is very close to the train station which was great for what we needed to quickly go to the Cinque Terre. We did not spend any time in La Spezia.
The bathroom was a tight squeeze. Everything worked fine, but it was small to move around when getting ready in the morning.

We were in a great and unbeatable location not too far away from Camec Art Center. And walk from bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

Perfect location near the train station for our purposes. Not much to see in the town of La Spezia, but we stayed there because of proximity to the Cinque Terre.

We liked very much the location of the hotel, close to the station and the room itself. enough space, comfortable bed.
The breakfast was not sufficient, also not very good ventillation in the rooms, some smell was inside, small shower cabin in the bathroom, quite expensive in terms of quality-price.
